Open Tray 5 (Bypass Tray) on the machine.
Lift up on the release lever to open Cover A.
The serial number is located on a metal plate behind the cover.
When you are finished, close Cover A, then Close Tray 5. |
- Press the Machine Status button on the Control Panel.
The Machine Status screen will be displayed on the Display Screen.
- Press the Select button below the Display Screen until Billing Meter is highlighted.
- Press the Enter button on the Control Panel. The total number of prints made on the machine will be displayed in the Total field.
- Press the Exit button on the Control Panel twice to exit.

Select the Billing Meter/Print Report tab. Select Billing Meter.
The following meter readings will be displayed:
- Black Impressions: Displays the total number of black and white copies and prints made on the machine.
- Color Impressions: Displays the total number of color copies and prints made on the machine.
- Total Impressions: Displays the total number of copies and prints made on the machine.
Select Close. Press the Features button on the Control Panel to return to the default screen. |

Open Door A. Locate the serial number for the printer on the left side of the printer. Close the door. |
Press the Up or Down arrow button on the Control Panel until Information is selected on the Display Screen. Press OK.
Press the Up or Down arrow button until Billing Meters is selected. Press OK.
The Billing Meters will be displayed.
Press the Return button twice to return to the Main screen.
NOTE: The Billing Meters can also be viewed on the Usage Profile Report. |

- Press the Machine Status button on the Control Panel.
The Machine Status button is located directly to the left of the Touch Screen. It is the bottom button of the three button group.
The Machine Status screen will be displayed with the Machine Information tab selected, by default.
- Select Billing Meters.
The Display Billing Meters screen will be displayed.
- Use the Up and Down arrows to scroll and display the various meters.
- Select Close to return to the Machine Status screen.

Open the top, left cover. Push up on the unlock lever, located on the top of the cover, to access the inside of the machine.
The serial number is located on a colored sticker on the inside back frame of the machine.
On the Touch Screen, Press the Machine Status button on the Control Panel.
The Machine Status screen will be displayed.
Select Machine Details.
The Machine Details screen will be displayed with the serial number in the lower, left corner of the screen. |
The Counters feature provides access to machine usage and billing information. The counters vary depending on your machine configuration and setup. To access the Counters:
- Press the Machine Status button on the Control Panel.
- Select the Machine Information tab on the Touch Screen. The Machine Information screen will be displayed.
- Select the Counters button.
The Counters list will be displayed. A 'Please Wait' message will be displayed while the machine gathers the information. NOTE: If necessary, use the scroll buttons to view additional counters.
- Select Advanced to view a more detailed meter read.
