During Dictronics normal business hours (8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday), we will respond to your request by performing the requested service, or by scheduling a visit by one of our service people, or if we need more information contacting you to discuss the issue with you.

Outside of these hours, service requests will be responded to at the start of the next business day.
