• To identify and prospect for sales opportunities and approach target accounts to create sales of Dictronics products and services.
• Effectively manage a sales territory including demand generation, forecasting, and making presentations.
• Understand the products and the industry
• The ability to analyze customer’s needs and environment and to be able to specify a custom solution.
• Be able to develop and present ROI analysis of proposed solutions.
• The ability to find and foster long term customer relations
• The ability to communicate with “C” level executives
• Be able to achieve specific sales goals.
