- Preventive Maintenance: A 17 point “check-up” is performed on an annual basis, including replacement of cabinet filters, system error log review and backup performance test. Customer is supplied a report with results and recommendations.
- Unlimited Helpdesk Support: Customers under contract can contact Dictronics as often as they wish to get answers to questions, features/functions and interoperability.
- Carrier Service Support: Dictronics will work with your carriers to ensure a seamless installation of new circuits and continued ongoing support to help resolve issues, including on-site vendor meetings, to quickly eliminate “finger-pointing” scenarios.
- Carrier Service Review: Dictronics will conduct an annual carrier audit to ensure that your organization has the correct quantity and appropriate type of network services
