Avaya Sales/Systems Engineers
Dictronics has an immediate need for an experienced AVAYA Systems Engineer. This position will provide customers and sales people with Avaya product services and support.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidates will:
- Work with sales people in designing, planning and configuration of Avaya system solutions
- Present system solutions to customers
- Provide customers with on-site and remote support of Avaya telephone systems.
- Communicate directly with customers over the phone and at on-site locations to troubleshoot any issues
- Install, repair and troubleshoot customer systems.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years experience in telecommunications
- Be proficient in installation and maintenance of Avaya Communications Manger systems, including their full suite of application packages
- Working knowledge of Avaya Call Center applications
- Strong network experience and capability
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve network and telecommunications issues
- Ability to clearly define and communicate technical concepts to customers
- Willing to learn new technologies and new products
- Avaya or similar certifications required
- Microsoft and Cisco certifications a definite plus !
